I can’t sign in
Use the same sign-in you joined with (email, Google or Apple). On the sign-in screen choose “Forgot password” to reset it. Still stuck? Email us from the address on your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On the web go to Subscription & Billing and choose Manage billing. In the app go to Settings → Subscription & Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Someone made me feel unsafe
Open their profile or your conversation, tap the ••• menu, and choose Report or Block. Blocking stops all contact immediately. Our team reviews every report. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
Daily devotional reminders
They arrive at 7 AM your time. Turn them on or off in Settings → Daily devotional reminder.
How do I delete my account?
